Road to Indio

Andddd #TheFrillish is officially going to Coachella! A last minute, jump-the-gun decision, made easy because a few friends needed an extra gal to tag along. An immediate green light. Fortunately, the blog has caught on a bit and I am in the position to rep some brands for the big event! Good for me (because I'm broadening my network) and great for you (because I will be introducing you to awesome brands that get lost in a completely over-saturated market). But one thing that will be completely consistent as the blog grows?

Quote me: "THE VIBES. I will never work with brands and companies that don't fit the best interest for the blog, myself, and YOU. I am open to work with a brand with 3 followers if I knew I'd like their product, knowing you would like the product just the same. And I'm also not afraid to say "no" to a company with a billion followers if it just wasn't a good fit for all of us."

With every brand or company I work with, I always love to pick out their best attribute - the all encompassing feature that can sum up the company in a few words. For the  12th Tribe, it's customer service. I feel like I know Demi personally. She's the OWNER (she's also my age, by the way, major goals) and she personally emails anyone and everyone who might have a problem with shipping, sizing, styling, or general questions. Seriously, the best. Customer service is the blood pulse of a fashion brand because I know as a customer, if someone doesn't get back to me in a time frame that I find suitable, I'll never buy from them again. Luckily, the 12th Tribe will never have that issue.
